Order Acceptance:
Napoli Tailors may at times request verification of information prior to acceptance and processing of an order. Verification may be requested, but not limited to, company Purchase Orders and large ticket orders. Credit cards are charged as soon as the order is entered into our database. NapoliTailors.com reserves the right to refuse and cancel any order. Delivery is 5 to 8 weeks and can run as slow as 12 weeks during peak season. If further alterations are required, each alteration may take 6-12 additional weeks. We ship your orders using various courier companies depending on destination such as Fedex, DHL, HK Post, Aramex & UPS.
Return Policy:
All sales have no refunds. We accept exchange of merchandise within 28 days of purchase for all items that are stock items subject to at 15% restocking fee.
For our custom tailored clothing, and any products that are custom made and custom tailored we have no refund policy. That said, we will do everything to correct the error and replace the garment. No return will be accepted without a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Any return without a RMA number will be refused. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and customs duties charges are not refundable. We recommend you select a shipping carrier that provides a shipment tracking option and insurance. Napoli Tailors reserves the right to refuse any return. NapoliTailors.com shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from purchases from our online store. All decisions regarding correction or replacement is done so at the discretion of Napoli Tailors, and in the case of dispute, the final decision will be made by Napoli Tailors.
